Terms of Use
The ground rules for listener accounts, artist profiles, requests, comments, messages, and store orders.
Broadcasting worldwide
1. Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and use the website lawfully. You are responsible for activity submitted through your account. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, impersonation, fraud, harassment, spam, malicious uploads, or attempts to interfere with the website.
2. Listener requests and community posts
Song requests, prayers, dedications, comments, and other submissions may be reviewed before publication. Private requests are visible only to authorized station personnel. Public submissions may display your chosen name. The station may edit, hide, archive, or remove content that violates these terms or community safety.
3. Artist accounts
Creating an artist account does not guarantee approval. The station reviews artist identity and profile information before public publication. Social login is one identity signal, not automatic approval. Artists confirm that they own or have permission to publish every audio file, image, name, logo, and link they upload.
4. Music and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your original content. By publishing through the service, you grant Pancho Pistolas Radio a non-exclusive license to display, stream, promote, and format that content within the website and station channels until you remove it or your account is closed. Do not upload copyrighted material without authorization.
5. Store requests
The website currently creates order requests rather than processing card payments. Price, inventory, shipping, pickup, tax, and payment details are confirmed by the station before fulfillment. An order is not final until the station accepts it.
6. Availability and changes
The website and radio stream may occasionally be unavailable. Features and these terms may change. Material changes will use a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the protected contact form.
