Broadcasting worldwideWe collect information you submit, including your name, email address, password hash, profile details, listener requests, prayers, comments, artist messages, uploaded media, cart contents, and order requests. We also keep limited security records such as hashed login identifiers and timestamps to prevent abuse.
Information is used to provide accounts, moderate public content, manage artist verification, deliver the radio and store experience, respond to messages, protect the service, and comply with applicable obligations. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes rather than readable text.
Approved public prayers may display the requester name, prayer text, and answered status. A prayer marked private is not shown publicly. Artist comments are public; messages sent directly to artists are private to that artist and authorized administrators. Never include sensitive medical, financial, or identity information in a public post.
If you use Google or Facebook sign-in, the site receives the provider account identifier, name, email, and profile image made available by that provider. Provider passwords and access credentials are not stored by this website. Social identity does not automatically approve an artist profile.

Account records are kept while the account is active and as needed for security, moderation, orders, or legal obligations. You can request correction or deletion through the contact form. Some order or security records may need to be retained after account deletion.
